CAL RIPKEN WORLD SERIES 2008 We were one of the sponsors for this year`s Major 70 tournament. It was a very good tournament. The kids played excellent baseball. The international championship went 12 innings (a complete game is 6) and Mexico won over Japan by a score of 4 to 0. The National tournament was between Jupiter, FL and Lexington, KY, again another good game. Jupiter won. The World Series game was very exciting - the lead changed hands several times and had to go extra innings with a walk off two run homer by Jupiter,FL.
